Project Unreal
Type: Group Project (6 People)
Duration: Three Weeks @ 5 hours commitment per team member
Description: Project Unreal puts you in the shoes of a newly hired Unreal Player Character. The game begins on your very first day on the job. The engine welcomes you, you step inside your freshly made FPS template map, and you begin exploring the space. But there’s something off about your job, and when you find a dead player character in the corner of your level, you begin to wonder. Does the Unreal Engine really have my best interest at heart?
Purpose: Given the tight deadline I wanted to concentrate the scope considerably for this project and my team. Let the team go through the entirety of the design pipeline, just at a smaller scale. From inception to iteration and polish I wanted the team to step through each phase while making something unique and fun and most importantly PLAYABLE.
Tools Used: Unreal 5, Blueprints, Trello
